Can I use Wedding Player for something other than a wedding?
Yes. The app is built around moments: named segments of an event, each with its own music and fades. Nothing ties those names to a wedding, so rename them to your running order and reorder them with a drag, and the app fits any event that runs to a sequence of musical cues.

How do moments work?
Build a moment for each part of the event, each with its own songs and fades. Play through, or set a moment to loop so it repeats until you fade to the next. One tap moves between them on the day.

Will it play without Wi-Fi?
Yes, once your music is downloaded. Wedding Player Originals you have downloaded and any audio files you have added play from the device with no connection needed. On iOS, Apple Music tracks need to be downloaded beforehand (the app checks this for you).

Is it easy to run on the day?
Yes. Tap Go Live and Live Mode hides editing and asks before you restart, jump or exit, so anyone can run the music. It also follows your device's automatic light and dark mode if you want it to.

I run several events. How do I keep them separate?
With the Professional Licence, each event sits in its own workspace and you switch between them in a tap. Nothing is wiped and nothing needs rebuilding: last week's event stays intact while you prepare the next. It is £5.99 a month or £49.99 a year, with a free month to start.
