The Problem

You've Seen It Go Wrong

The wrong song plays

Someone taps the wrong track. The bride is walking to 'Mr. Brightside'. There is no undo.

The WiFi drops

Streaming service buffers mid-ceremony. Sixty guests staring at the ceiling. Silence.

The playlist won't load

Account logged out, subscription expired, app updated overnight. Now it's 2pm and nothing works.

No one knows the system

Last week's co-ordinator set it up. This week's co-ordinator can't find the playlist. The couple is waiting.

Features

Built for Wedding Professionals Who Host Weekly

Unlimited Resets

One tap wipes everything: events, tracks, personalisation. Fresh start for the next couple. No reinstalling, no account juggling.

Full Playback Suite

Crossfade, fade-out, volume normalisation, Apple Music integration (iOS), plus Wedding Player Originals — a curated collection of fully licensed instrumental tracks — and support for your own audio files. Everything couples get, included in your licence.

Live Mode

Lock the interface down to oversized play/pause/next controls. Hand it to any co-ordinator. They can't accidentally skip, delete, or rearrange.

No Per-Wedding Fees

One annual subscription covers every wedding you host. 50 weddings a year? That's under £1 each.

Couple-Ready Setup

Build each couple's playlist from their song choices. Use Rehearsal Mode to arrange their ceremony timeline, then switch to Live Mode on the day.

100% Offline

No WiFi required. Every track is stored on the device. Works in airplane mode, in a barn, in a castle, wherever you host.

How It Works

Four Steps. Every Wedding.

1

Download & Subscribe

Install Wedding Player from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Open settings, tap the professional licence option, and subscribe.

2

Set Up Each Wedding

Get the couple's song list, create their ceremony events, add music from Apple Music (iOS) or local files, and set fade and crossfade preferences.

3

Go Live on the Day

Switch to Live Mode. The interface locks down to large, panic-proof controls. Hand it to any co-ordinator.

4

Reset & Repeat

After the wedding, tap 'Set Up for New Wedding' in settings. Everything is wiped. Fresh start for the next couple.

Who It's For

Not Just Venues

The Professional Licence is designed for anyone running ceremony music across multiple weddings and needing to reset the app cleanly between each one. That includes:

  • Venues that host ceremonies regularly and supply the music system.
  • Wedding co-ordinators and planners who manage multiple couples each season.
  • Celebrants, officiants, and freelance musicians who play music at weddings they officiate or perform at.
  • Anyone running ceremony music for more than one wedding and wanting a clean reset between each.

Roadmap

What's Coming Next

The Professional Licence launches with full playback, Live Mode, and one-tap reset between weddings. We're already building the next wave of venue-specific features:

  • Soon Multi-wedding management: prepare and switch between multiple upcoming weddings on a single device, each with its own events and playlists.
  • Soon Couple personalisation flow: guided setup experience tailored for each new wedding, with couple names and date displayed throughout.

Subscribe now and these features are included automatically when they ship, at no extra cost.

Roadmap items are indicative. Features, timing, and scope may change, and no specific release or delivery date is guaranteed.

FAQ

Professional Licence Questions

Do couples need an Apple Music subscription?
No. Wedding Player includes Wedding Player Originals, a curated collection of 35 ceremony-ready instrumental tracks (prelude, processional, signing, recessional), all fully licensed for use in the ceremony. Couples without Apple Music can pick from Wedding Player Originals or import their own audio files. Apple Music is only needed (and only available on iOS) if a couple wants a specific song from the streaming catalogue.
How do I access the Professional Licence in the app?
Open the settings screen in Wedding Player and tap 'Managing multiple weddings? Professional Licence' at the bottom. This takes you directly to the venue subscription.
What's included that couples don't get?
The professional licence includes everything in the couples tier, plus the ability to fully reset the app between weddings with one tap. Wipe all events, tracks, and personalisation instantly. No reinstalling. See what's coming next →
Can I cancel?
Yes. On iOS, it's a standard App Store subscription — cancel any time in your device's Settings → Subscriptions. On Android, manage it via Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do I need one licence per device?
On iOS, each subscription covers one Apple ID — multiple ceremony iPhones or iPads each need their own subscription, or use Family Sharing to cover up to 5 devices. On Android, each subscription covers one Google account; Google Play family sharing can extend coverage up to 5 family members.
How do we get the couple's song choices?
Ask the couple for their song list ahead of the day. You or your co-ordinator set up their ceremony timeline in Rehearsal Mode: pick from Wedding Player Originals, browse Apple Music (iOS), import your own audio files, and arrange the running order. On the day, switch to Live Mode and press play.
What if the venue has no WiFi?
That's the point. Wedding Player is built for offline playback. Wedding Player Originals and any audio files you've added play locally with no setup needed. Apple Music tracks (iOS) need to be downloaded beforehand — the app checks this for you. Either way, no streaming, no buffering.
Is there a bulk or enterprise pricing option?
The Professional Licence at £49.99/year covers everything you need to run ceremony music at every wedding you host. We're building additional venue features (multi-wedding management, staff handoff, and more) and we'll have options for larger operations as those ship.
